After meeting in 2019, we connected through a deep appreciation for culinary expression and a commitment to doing things the right way. What began as a mutual passion quickly evolved into a partnership built on balance.

One perspective is shaped by American culinary technique, influenced by Caribbean flavors and refined through hands-on experience across professional kitchens. The other is grounded in Haitian tradition—instinctive, bold, and elevated through formal culinary training.

Before Palate Bomb became a brand, it was built through experience.

  • Supplying our signature Pate Kode (Haitian patties) to local restaurants

In 2023, Palate Bomb was officially established.
Now, operating from our own commercial space, we continue that same level of care with a platform fully our own.
